The company is always committed to ensuring product quality by meeting international quality standards, so that the products can be accepted in the global market and are listed on the London Metal Exchange (LME). Before being marketed, the products will go through a series of quality control processes involving various related divisions/units, including:
Processing & Refinery Division produces tin metal that is in accordance with the specifications required by the Commercial & Business Development Division, based on the LME BS EN 610:1996 standard and Minister of Trade Regulation No. 23 of 2023 concerning Export Policies and Regulations and No. 11 of 2024 concerning Export Policies and Regulations. This tin metal is then analyzed by an independent surveyor appointed by the Ministry of Trade, namely PT Sucofindo.
Commercial & Business Development Division ensures that all metals to be traded meet the specifications requested by each customer.
Assessment of the quality management system is carried out once a year, and certification renewal is done every three years in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In addition, there are ISO 14001:2015 certification for the Environmental Management System (EMS) and an ISO 45001:2018 certification for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
The company ensures that all products to be marketed (100%) have gone through quality assessment and safety evaluation, so that consumers can receive products that meet the same and safe standards. The quality control process aims to ensure that the products do not have a negative impact on the health and safety of customers. As proof of the company's commitment to guaranteeing product quality, in 2024, the company was not involved in any incidents related to the health and safety of products and services.
